To actively respond to the “project-based” skills training policy of Xiegang Town and improve the professional quality of frontline employees, we successfully organized a special skills training program for [Capacitor Manufacturing Workers] this month.

This training focused on the assembly process of electrolytic capacitors, providing systematic and standardized skills guidance through a combination of theory and practice. This effectively improved the overall skill level of the production team, laying a solid talent foundation for the continuous improvement of the company’s product quality and production efficiency.

To support the company’s high-quality development and keep pace with cutting-edge industry trends, under the strategic decision of the Chairman, the company officially signed a contract with a well-known domestic training institution—Zhongxu Education Company—to launch a one-year “Joint Growth Business School” training project.

Subsequent courses will be closely integrated with the business needs of each department, and will include coordinated arrangements for external learning and exchange programs.
